          Thai Red Curry (Panang)
          
         
          It is simple and 
          delicious, use Toi Thai Red Curry Sauce (Panang) to cook with any meat 
          to make it tasty and quick.  Use 
          this sauce for Panang, Mussaman, and Kang Saparod (Pineapple 
          curry).  Panang is a stir-fried 
          dish but taste like Kang (curry dish) with sharper taste. | 
          Thai Peanut Sauce (Sa-tay) 
          
         
          In Thailand we call it Naam-jim 
          Sa-tay and it is a dipping sauce for BBQ pork or beef 
          thinly slices on bamboo skewers.  
          Thai people eat it as appetizer with toast and cucumber salad. 
          Once Naam-jim Sa-tay was introduced to US it become a new name 
          “Thai peanut sauce”  My peanut 
          sauce can be used in many dishes such as Mussaman curry, salad-kae, 
          etc…

          Thai Side Sauce (Naam-jim Jeal) 
           
          Naam in Thai means water or liquid, 
          Jim means dip.  Naam-jim means 
          Dipping sauce.  Jeal is 
          Northeast of Thailand food (E-san food). 
          Naam-jim is used as a dipping sauce or side sauce. 
          E-san food such as Khaw-neo, Kai-yang, Som-tum use Naam-jim 
          Jeal as a side sauce.  As usual 
          food of certain part of  the 
          country move with people.  Now 
          E-san food is not only famous in Thailand but also in the western 
          world.  You can use Naam-jim 
          Jeal as salad dressing for clear noodle salad (Yam vond-sen), Thai 
          beef salad (Yam neau),  or Thai 
          ground chicken salad (Labb-kai) etc…
